Biotis Fermentis: Athletic Performance and Holistic Health Benefits
 
Studies suggest that gastrointestinal issues are prevalent among athletes, in connection with stressors like training and competition. In response to this growing concern, the company developed Biotis Fermentis, a protein which is co-fermented with pre- and probiotics to target the gut-muscle axis. Visitors to the company’s booth can taste Biotis Fermentis in a shake concept, and learn about its role in supporting gut and muscle health, along with evidence of its role in mood and energy.

While protein bars can bridge nutritional gaps between meals, they can often harden over time, discouraging repeat purchases. FrieslandCampina Ingredients will highlight its Excellion protein range can help dairy-based bar concepts maintain a softer mouthfeel and extended shelf life.
