Kerry Ingredients has introduced flavored Solnuts. Using non-genetically modified soybeans, the allergen-free Solnuts look, feel and taste like one of four flavors of popular nuts, including walnuts, pecans, almonds or hazelnuts, without risk of the allergies associated with these varieties. Reduced fat and trans-fat free Solnuts provide high levels of protein and fiber. Solnuts utilize an all-natural proprietary process designed to impart clean flavor with authentic nutty, meaty texture. Kerry imparts nut flavor in Solnuts two ways: coated or infused (in which flavor is carried through to the entire meat of the nut).
