AACC International, St. Paul, MN, has installed its new board members, including Khalil Khan, who began his term as president at the conclusion of the organization’s annual meeting. He is a professor in the Department of Cereal and Food Sciences at North Dakota State University. Other board members include Barry McClearly, president-elect, who is founder, owner and CEO of Megazyme International Ireland Limited; Rodney Booth, director, who is managing director of Newport Scientific Pty Ltd; and Lydia Tooker Midness, director, who is vice president of research and development, and nutrition and regulatory for Cereal Partners Worldwide.
