Registration is now open for Fi Europe 2026, taking place from November 17-19 in Messe Frankfurt, Germany. The event is expected to bring in 1,650 exhibitors and 27,000 visitors, making it on track to be one of the largest events to date.

Visitors can meet with start-ups alongside global companies such as ADM, Agriflex, Beneo, Bühler, Cargill, Givaudan, GEA, and Nexira, while gaining new market insights and exploring the latest ingredient developments.

“The food, beverage and pet food sectors continue to evolve rapidly, driven by changing consumer expectations, advances in technology and growing demand for products that support health, well-being and sustainability,” said Yannick Verry, Fi events brand director at Informa Markets. “Fi Europe reflects these shifts, ensuring attendees have access to the knowledge, ideas, partnerships and solutions needed to stay ahead.”

Pet Nutrition Takes Center Stage

The continued humanization of pets is creating new opportunities for ingredient suppliers and manufacturers. This year, the expanded Pet Food and Nutrition Hub will feature more ingredients, formulas, technologies, and solutions shaping the market.

The new Pet Food and Nutrition Forum will allow visitors to explore trends, challenges, and opportunities in one of the food industry’s fastest-growing categories. The feature will bring together professionals, decision-makers, and innovators for networking, sessions, showcases, and interactive experiences.

Fi Europe’s central food and health ingredients content will give visitors the chance to learn about thousands of ingredients, including a wide range of natural and organic solutions.

This year’s content program will feature on-trend insights in the Innovation Hub and Fi Europe Conference covering the latest trends in weight management/GLP-1, plant-based and clean-label solutions, healthy aging, gut health, cognitive well-being, and more.

These themes will be featured in the event’s free innovation tours, which provide guided insights into how exhibitors are responding to evolving market demands through reformulation, sustainability intitiatives, meat alternatives, and technology-driven ingredient solutions.

Reaching Commercial Scale

This year’s event will focus on ingredients, but is expanding to include development, finished products, packaged formats, sustainable solutions, and private label offerings.

The event’s growing tech, services and equipment area will bring together processing technologies, packaging innovations, automation tools, and digital solutions to support modern manufacturing.

“We’re always looking for ways to bring our community together,, ensuring Fi Europe is not only a place for learning and discovery, but also one that creates meaningful face-to-face connections beyond the event itself,” said Verry. “To harness these connections, we’ve upgraded the Fi Europe app and introduced a new supplier pass that includes the event’s complete visitor list, enabling attendees to see who will be in Frankfurt and schedule meetings in advance with relevant contacts, in our dedicated meeting lounge if desired. Combined with early app access, this pass will help visitors plan ahead and make the most of their time at Fi Europe 2026.”

Other in-person networking opportunities include a Women’s Networking Breakfast, the Future of Nutrition Lunch & Learn, and the Fi Europe Innovation Awards.
