(RPI), Santa Ana, CA, has received a drug manufacturing license (Number 55939) after the State of California, Department of Public Health, Food and Drug Branch, conducted an audit of the company’s soft gel manufacturing facilities, determining that the operations, facilities and staff qualifications of RPI are compliant with appropriate standards. The facility is also registered with the FDA pursuant to Part 207 of Title 21, U.S. Code of Federal Regulation. Achieving this quality benchmark will allow the company to begin OTC and prescription drug manufacturing in 2012.
