Bell Flavors and Fragrances, Northbrook, IL, has hired Timothy Lauren as vice president of U.S. fragrance sales. He has more than 25 years of experience in the flavor and fragrance industry, spending 18 years with Dragoco—which is now Symrise—and six years with International Flavors & Fragrances. The company also appointed Trista Walas as sensory manager. She will be responsible for conducting sensory and stability testing and panels to enhance the company’s global fragrance development. She previously worked with PartyLite in a similar position.
