General Mills, Minneapolis, MN, has launched Fiber One 80 Calories cereal, which contains 10 grams of fiber, or 40% of the Daily Value (DV). The Honey-flavored cereal also offers 40% of the DV of calcium and 25% of the DV of vitamins and minerals including iron, vitamins B1, B2, and B6 (B12 is at 15%), folic acid and zinc.
