According to the company, velvet antler contains a profile of nutrients including native type II collagen, insulin-like growth factors (IGF’s), essential fatty acids, chondroitin sulfate, amino acids, minerals, trace minerals and other proteins. Imperial Velvet is a renewable resource collected from farm raised red deer, which naturally grow and shed a set of antler each year. New Zealand Imperial Velvet is available as a freeze-dried powder for use in tablets or caplets.
