It contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (no herbal extracts), including vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid to help support energy by converting food to fuel; 1000 mg of vitamin C to help support the immune system; and zinc, vitamin E and selenium to help produce cells and tissues.
