DSEA Board Elects New Officers
The Dietary Supplement Education Alliance (DSEA), Sarasota, FL, has elected new officers for 2006. DSEA president is Jon Benninger, business development director, Virgo Publishing; DSEA vice president is David Morrison, vice president scientific and regulatory affairs, The Vitamin Shoppe; and DSEA secre­tary/treasurer is Michael McGuffin, president, American Herbal Products Association (AHPA). The new executive team is ready to launch several aggressive initiatives focused on communicating the bene­fits of dietary supplements. The 2006 programs will address the immediate and life-long benefits from taking supplements.
