GeniSoy, Fairfield, CA, has rolled out three varieties of its soy-nut based Trail Mix, filled with whole soy nuts, gourmet nuts and large chunks of dried fruit. The line consists of Mountain Medley, which contains roasted soy nuts, dried apples, raisins, cranberries, almonds and cashews; Tropical Paradise, which contains pineapple, mangos, cranberries, bananas, macadamia nuts, coconut and roasted soy nuts and Happy Trails, which contains raisins, cranberries, almonds, cashews and chocolate morsels along with roasted soy nuts.

In other news, the company has introduced a new line of snack bars called Xtreme Crunch to join its family of soy protein bars. Xtreme Crunch, a trail mix style, crunchy bar, offers 7 grams of soy protein per serving and is available in Summit Smash, Lemon Shot, Island Blast and Rugged Trails varieties.
