NutraCea, Phoenix, AZ, has promoted Leo Gingras to president. He will retain his title of COO, which he has held since joining NutraCea in 2007. In addition to his existing responsibilities, Mr. Gingras will take on a more active role in partnering with W. John Short, chairman and CEO of NutraCea, to lead the tactical and strategic repositioning of the business. The company’s Board of Directors has also appointed William Cadigan as CFO. He has served as vice president of finance with NutraCea since July 2009.
