Vivatis Pharma recently entered into a distribution partnership with the affiliated companies Gateway Health Alliances and IminoTech, to distribute their functional ingredients.

Under the agreement, Vivatis will represent and distribute select joint health and weight management ingredients across the European market for use in functional foods, beverages, and dietary supplements.

Vivatis Pharma will initially focus on two ingredients. The first is Q-actin, a patented cucumber extract from IminoTech standardized to more than 1% ido-BR1. Clinical studies suggest that it can improve measures of joint comfort, flexibility, and function. The second ingredient is IGOB131, an extract of Irvingia gabonensis (African mango) from Gateway Health Alliances, which supports healthy metabolism and weight management by modulating key enzymes and hormones, including adiponectin.
