DSM to Showcase Ingredients for a Variety of Health Benefits

The global ingredients supplier is focused on immunity, brain health, gut health, early life nutrition, weight management, sports nutrition, and more.

DSM will be exhibiting its portfolio of ingredient and health benefit solutions at SupplySide West, and discussing its focus on a number of trending areas including immunity, brain health, gut health, early life nutrition, weight management, sports performance, and more.
 
The company’s nutrient premixes and market-ready products will take center stage, and DSM will discuss how it can serve as an end-to-end partner to accelerate market access for new products.
 
The company will showcase two new immune support ingredients: Ampli-D, an ingredient evidenced to raise vitamin D levels more significantly than standard vitamin D ingredients; and Optimmunity, a micronutrient blend designed based on expert panel recommendations.
 
DSM will also highlight its portfolio of brain health ingredients, including its algal-based Life’s Omega omega-3 range. Visitors can also learn about DSM’s market-ready cannabidiol (CBD) solutions blended with omega-3s and B vitamins.
 
The company’s expertise in gut health will be spotlighted with the company’s probiotics, digestive enzymes, and human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). Glycare HMOs are nutrients found in human milk which have been evidenced to support digestive health and immunity in adults, alongside known benefits in early life.
 
DSM’s early life nutrition and maternal health portfolio includes Life’s DHA, Metafolin, and HMOs products and blends. These ingredients are designed to support the health of mothers as well as infants’ health and development during the first 1,000 days of life.
 
As plant-based options become critical to many health-conscious consumers, DSM will showcase alternative proteins in ready-to-drink, ready-to-mix, and protein bar concepts. The company’s Vertis CanolaPRO is a high-purity, complete, plant-based protein isolate that does not contain allergens including soy, gluten, or dairy. Vertis CanolaPRO helps health-savvy consumers to meet their protein needs while enabling brands to differentiate plant-based products with high-protein and allergen-free labeling.

Visitors at DSM’s booth can raise money for CFBNJ by taking a photo at DSM’s booth and tagging DSM and the #DoSomethingMeaningful hashtag on social media. For every 25 photos shared, DSM will increase its monetary donation made to CFBNJ. Participants will also receive a complimentary token of appreciation for their contribution.
