At Vitafoods Europe 2024, ADM will address a range of wellness areas, with a specific focus on women’s health, digestive health, skin health, healthy aging, and active nutrition, and its turnkey solutions for each of these health categories.
The Microbiome
At the show, ADM will showcase findings from a new clinical study on its probiotic and postbiotic ES1 (Bifidobacterium longum CECT7347) related to gut/digestive health, as well as growing research illustrating the connections between gut health and measures of skin health, brain health, muscle health, and immune function. Visitors can sample chocolate squares targeting metabolic health, as well as frozen red fruit and vegetable yogurt bites and calamansi citrus flavored gummies that support microbiome modulation across various wellness sectors.
Personalized Nutrition
With consumers shifting to a proactive, preventative, and personalized approach to health and well-being, ADM will discuss pairing functional ingredients like protein, fiber, biotics, vitamins, minerals, botanicals, and sweeteners with emerging technologies to support tailored porducts, such as protein bars, gummies, stick packs, and shakes.
Functional Pet Products
ADM will showcase innovative formulations for pet products containing probiotics, prebiotics, and botanical extracts, suitable to meet the demand for novel functional treats and pet supplements.
