Soluform and Verisol HST are new solutions that allow for enhanced fortification of gummies in a demanding and growing market. Gelita EC will enable enteric soft capsules to safeguard sensitive ingredients through the gastric environment. Gelita Health provides turnkey products with BCP (Bioactive Collagen Peptides) ready to market for the customer in all sales channels.

New Ingredients
The three new ingredients debuting at the convention are Soluform PE, Soluform SR, and Verisol HST.
Soluform PE is optimized for the production of fruit gummies with high protein content, by combining the performance of gelatin and the protein source in one functional ingredient. Soluform SR will allow for sugar reduction in confectionary without affecting the texture. Thereby, a sugar content of a fruit gummy can be cut down from 70% to 40%. Further, this leads to a reduced carbohydrate content, with no-sugar concepts also possible. Lastly, Verisol HST is optimized for the production of collagen-enriched fruit gummies. It allows for a concentration of 15% collagen peptides in fruit gummies without affecting the taste or texture of a final product.

Many nutrients are sensitive substances, where it is crucial for them to be transported through the aggressive stomach environment to reach the small intestine before release.
