Alkemist Labs to Showcase New Services and Alkemist Assured Transparency Program

The third-party testing lab is offering new ways for brands to participate in transparency initiatives.

Alkemist Labs will be celebrating its 25th anniversary this year at SupplySide West, and will highlight new services as well as two ways in which the company can support clients’ quality transparency initiatives at SupplySide West.
 
Earlier this year, Alkemist added purity testing to its suite of services, alongside identity, potency, and hemp testing. The company has instruments and expertise to screen for heavy metals, residual solvents, and pesticides with the most sensitive equipment and test methods.
 
With the Next Generation Transparency Reports for Consumers program, participating companies display test results and Certificate of Analysis (C of A) reports in Next Generation Transparency (NGT) consumer-friendly formatting on their website for either B2B customers or consumers to see, and refresh them at least every six months.
 
The Alkemist Assured seal program allows brands to further demonstrate quality commitment and assurance and those brands may apply for the Alkemist Assured seal on product marketing materials, website, and sales materials.
 
Alkemist is also sponsoring: the AHPA Member Reception on Nov. 2, 5:30–7:30 p.m., at South Pacific Ballroom B; and What’s Up With Supps Dark Circus on Nov. 3, 5-9 p.m., at the Las Vegas House of Blues.
 
Alkemist’s Petra Erlandson will be one of the Ingredient Idol judges on the SupplySide Stage on Nov. 3 from 12:45–2:00 p.m. The competition between ingredient supplier finalists will have them vie for the “best in class” nomination.
