AAK showcased its latest offerings in better-for-you bakery, confectionery, and non-dairy plant-based product trends. Attendees tasted a range of samples, all featuring one or more of AAK’s latest multi-functional fat solutions that are non-hydrogenated and low in saturated fat. 
 
AAK discussed current product and process challenges and offered a wide variety of individual and multi-oil/multi-functionality solutions to booth attendees.
