Synergy Flavors to Showcase ‘Simply Chicago’ Theme Inspired by Local Gardens

Synergy Flavors, Inc., a leading supplier of flavors, extracts and essences for the global food and beverage industry, will capture the flavor and authenticity of Chicago at IFT18, focused on the theme of “Simply Chicago” and featuring foods and beverages incorporating Synergy’s flavors, extracts and essences, inspired by the beloved gardens of the city.
 
Synergy Flavors’ Booth S2402 will offer demonstrations and tastings of foods and beverages incorporating its clean label, natural and functional products and evoking the sights, sounds and tastes of Chicago’s most notable gardens, including the Chicago Botanic Garden, The Morton Arboretum and the Monarch Community Garden. Through creatively themed stations offering a sensory tour through these gardens, Synergy will demonstrate its diverse library of flavors, extracts and essences that are tailored to meet a range of sweet, savory and dairy applications, including:
 
  • Water Garden: Applications using Synergy Flavors’ Synergy Pure line of products, such as fruit- and floral-flavored protein, sparkling and still waters, and a twist on the traditional coffee bar.
  • Botanical Garden: Beautifully crafted artisan chocolates and a royal wedding-inspired cake incorporating decadent floral and botanical flavors.
  • Arboretum: Earth-inspired flavor-functional snacks and beverages.
  • Community Garden: A Garden of Eatin’, with sweet treats that put fruit and vegetable flavors front and center.
