Kimberly Snyder, holistic wellness expert and founder of lifestyle brand Solluna, took time to chat with Beauty Inside & Out about beauty trends and her latest book, You Are More Than You Think You Are.

BIO: What are the top trends in wellness right now and why?
KS: Health and wellness being personalized is a huge trend. This includes wearable devices—to track fitness, heart rate variability, sleep stats, and more. This also includes more intuitive, conscious eating over a one size fits all diet.

KS: Healthcare is going to massively shift, from tele-therapists to personalized healthcare, with the intersection of blood tests and wearable devices. There is going to be more of an emphasis on mental health thankfully as well.
