TR Nutritionals, Alpharetta, GA, a bulk raw materials supplier to the dietary supplement industry, has been appointed the exclusive U.S. distributor for Prakruti Products Pvt Ltd.
Prakruti Products, established in 1998, specializes in the manufacture of standardized herbal extracts, phytochemicals, organic ingredients and nutraceutical ingredients for leading dietary and food supplement manufacturers around the world. Prakruti produces both conventional and organic ingredients of Indian origin such as curcumin, lutein, garcinia cambogia and bacopa monniera at their GMP certified facility in Karnataka, India.
“After a very constructive working relationship over the past several years, it became clear that an exclusive distribution arrangement was the best way to accomplish both companies’ shared goal of better penetration into the U.S. market,” noted Michael Roddy, President, TR Nutritionals.
