Maypro Industries has signed a strategic sales partnership agreement with Wilke Resources. Under the terms of the agreement, Maypro will distribute the portfolio of Wilke's nutritional ingredients to the supplement, functional food, pet food and cosmetic industries.

As a part of the transaction, Maypro will become the exclusive agent for several leading ingredients previously represented by Wilke.
