A clinical study published in the journal Nutrients confirmed the efficiency of SOD B Extramel in supporting cognitive function, reduction of stress, and general health and well-being.
The double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, which examined 61 people, reported a significant reduction of stress (-8.8%) and physical fatigue (-9.4%), as well as an improvement of cognitive performances (+13.9%) after 3 months of oral supplementation at only 10mg/day, i.e. 140 IU SOD/day.
