Todd Sunderhaus was recently appointed savory flavorist. He brings vast experience from the food industry, including new product development, innovation and development of specialty products. Mr. Sunderhaus has worked with Alex Fries, Richelieu Foods, and most recently Gold Medal within development and application.
Peter Lu was appointed savory flavor scientist. He will be responsible for the long-term development in the savory division. Mr. Lu previously worked with Kemin Industries, a joint venture between Kemin and Tyson. Before that he worked at Pacific Natural Foods, Red Arrow Products and Rutgers University all in the field of savory product development.
