Robertet, Piscataway, NJ, has appointed Julian Dabrowski as research chef at Robertet Flavors, reporting to Phyllis Williams, associate director of flavor applications.
In this newly created position, Mr. Dabrowski will develop new products with Robertet's Flavor Applications team, while using his culinary expertise to expand Robertet's capabilities. His educational background includes a BS Degree in Food Science from Delaware Valley College, along with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Dabrowksi comes to Robertet with more than fifteen years of experience in the culinary field.
"Julian's culinary perspective will enrich Robertet's applications capabilities," said John Scire, senior vice president, Robertet Flavors.
"His passion for food and drink will add depth to our exploration of unique flavor pairings and new products, and will enliven conversations with our product development partners."
