Christopher Spahr has joined Partnership Capital Growth Advisors (PCG), San Francisco, CA, as a partner and will open a PCG office in Chicago this summer. In his role, Mr. Spahr will join the senior management team in identifying and leading transactions for growing retail, restaurant and consumer brands in the “better living” space.

Prior to joining PCG, Mr. Spahr spent almost 20 years at William Blair & Company, where most recently he was a managing director and head of specialty retail investment banking. He spent most of his time at William Blair working with companies focused on better living, and he has extensive public and private transaction experience. Before his career at William Blair, he was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs & Company. Mr. Spahr holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Cornell University.
