Cargill, Minneapolis, MN, has appointed Shanghai-based TSI Group Ltd. as its exclusive distributor for the sale and marketing of Cargill’s Regenasure glucosamine products in China. TSI Group Ltd. will be supplying all Regenasure products within that geographic area, as well as providing application and technical assistance.According to Joe Zhou, TSI Group Ltd. co-founding partner and CEO, on the heels of TSI and Cargill entering into a new settlement licensing agreement for Cargill’s intellectual property with their U.S. and Chinese patents, “This exclusive distributor arrangement will provide the needed incentive for the growth of Cargill’s Regenasure glucosamine product line in China.”
