Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) has introduced Clarisoy 150, as an extension of their existing Clarisoy product line. Clarisoy 150 is the first vegetable-based protein that offers clarity and complete protein nutrition for beverage applications. The product is a clean-tasting isolated soy protein specially processed for the use in beverage systems with a pH less than 4.0 with cloud systems or beverages neutralized to a pH of 7.0 or higher. Clarisoy 150 allows manufacturers to formulate with up to 10 grams of protein, and its mild flavor and high solubility is applicable in meal replacement and weight management beverages.
