Nuchia Foods Corp. has launched Nuchia Chia Seed Flour, a shelf-stable, low-fat, gluten-free flour that contains omega 3 ALA and essential minerals. In baked foods applications, it can replace wheat—cup for cup—in recipes or be used as an ingredient to create a variety of enriched foods.
