Kraft Foods, Toronto, Ontario, has debuted the first cheddar cheese product with probiotics (Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus rhamnosus) in the Canadian market. Kraft LiveActive contains an average of one billion probiotic cultures per serving, and is available in the following flavors and sizes: 300 gram Medium Cheddar Cheese with Probiotics (block format); 300 gram Marble Cheddar Cheese with Probiotics (block format); and 210 gram Marble Cheddar Cheese with Probiotics (10 individually wrapped cheese snacks).
