ProEFA Xtra provides a high concentration of three essential fatty acids (EFAs), designed to support joint flexibility and immunity. Each two-capsule serving of ProEFA Xtra provides 850 mg omega 3 EPA and 220 mg of omega 3 DHA, as well as 257 mg of omega 6 GLA from borage oil.
