The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Engineering Professional Development will offer a course, Design and Development of Disperse Systems for Oral and Topical Drug Delivery, April 28-30, in Las Vegas, NV. This course is designed for pharmaceutical scientists and chemical engineers, cosmetic and food scientists, quality control and quality assurance personnel, manufacturing and production personnel and managers who are involved in the design and development of dispersed liquid and/or semi-solid formulations, in vitro evaluation and manufacturing processes.
The department will also offer a course, Test Method Validation in Pharmaceutical Development and Production, May 3-4, in Las Vegas, NV. This course is designed for managers, supervisors and analysts in quality control and development who are responsible for writing and executing validation protocols. This two-day course will focus on test method validation. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the method development and validation process and how to design and execute an effective validation protocol that will withstand regulatory scrutiny.
