Magnesium is an essential nutrient that plays a role in more than 300 chemical processes in the body. However, nearly seven out of 10 are people unaware of the specific health benefits it provides, according to a recent Magnesium Awareness Study conducted by Jigsaw Health. What’s more, most Americans are deficient in magnesium.
