Kyowa Hakko USA has achieved Non-GMO Project Verified status for its immune health ingredient IMMUSE as of June 2024, assuring brands and consumers that it meets standard for GMO avoidance.
"IMMUSE receiving Non-GMO Project Verified status is a proud moment for us," said Maria Stanieich, marketing manager at Kyowa Hakko. "This certification allows us to bring even greater value to our customers who are seeking out premium, non-GMO ingredients."
Meanwhile, Cognizin, Kyowa Hakko’s premium form of citicoline, has recently been launched in several new formats. New Smart Chocolate from InfiniWell features Cognizin to support overall cognitive function. Focus Buddies L’OLLY Pops from Olly have also recently hit the market, providing a convenient way to support focused attention. Cognizin has also been included in new product launches by other well-known brands, like Goli’s Matcha Mind and has even gone to space in Astreas Ultra chocolate supplements.
Paula Sandoval, vice president of operations for Goli, expressed her enthusiasm for incorporating Cognizin into Matcha Mind: "Cognizin’s scientifically backed benefits and high quality align perfectly with our commitment to offering efficacious, health-focused products. This partnership allows us to provide our customers with innovative solutions for supporting cognitive health."
At IFT FIRST, Kyowa Hakko’s team of experts will be available to discuss how its branded ingredients can elevate product offerings.
