FrieslandCampina Ingredients, a supplier specializing in protein and probiotics, will return to Vitafoods Europe to showcase a new range of consumer-focused concepts designed to meet today’s nutrition trends, especially for Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
The company will highlight its recently-launched Biotis DHA Flex powders, to create a wide range of food, drinks, and supplements with omega-3s. Attendees can also experience Biotis Fermentis, an ingredient containing co-fermented whey protein, prebiotic galacto-oligosaccharides (Biotis GOS), and probiotic cultures, in a ready-to-drink (RTD) concept.

Omega-3s, especially DHA, are evidenced to support brain, eye, and cardiovascular health, as well as exercise recovery. Despite this, global intake remains low.
