Booth 1026
In response to consumer demand for simple labels, authentic profiles and premium foods, Edlong Dairy Technologies will be introducing Edlong Simply Dairy ingredients at IFT Booth 1026.
These concentrated dairy ingredients naturally intensify cheese or butter notes, and deliver impactful dairy essences, according to the company.
Edlong Simply Dairy ingredients are made from real dairy, and increase richness, creaminess, cheesiness and buttery taste. Unlike flavors, they are listed as their source ingredients on product labels.
“As the leading supplier of dairy flavors, we are adding a new tool to the product developer’s dairy tool kit,” said Laura Parker, Edlong director of marketing. “We talk to our customers every day about using dairy flavors as part of their product development tool kit. Edlong Simply Dairy ingredients give them another option, and expand their ability to create products consumers crave.”
Initial profiles include butters, cheddars, Italian styles and butter cream profiles, with additional profiles in development. They can be used in a variety of applications including baked goods, cheeses, crackers, dips, desserts, dressings, salty snacks, sauces, soups and more.
