What to Expect:
- Update and maintain technical information for all products and ingredients.
- Respond to all incoming technical questions in a timely manner (24 hours).
- Support the sales team, brand managers, and customer service representatives on technical inquiries for products and raw materials.
- Send out the updated Technical Questions Log in a timely manner (Each Friday).
- Organize and archive technical information for easy retrieval.
- Maintain the Product Technical Resources SharePoint site.
What You Will Contribute:
- Bachelors in scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, or nutrition).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Problem solving skills including the ability to define problems and present solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to shift tasks in fast paced work environment.
- Proven computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics Nav, SharePoint, and the Internet.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Exemplary planning, project management, and time management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
