Role:
The Director-Sales will be a member of the Management team reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for: Strategic sales leadership with an emphasis on driving growth in our core business through our existing six-member sales force. This person will have complete control over: Sales direction, staffing/leadership needs, sales development, succession planning, performance management/coaching, and compensation.
