Jim Miller, president of Silliker Inc., stated, "The acquisition of the Randolph Companies is an excellent strategic fit for Mérieux NutriSciences, a leading industry provider of technical services, and Silliker Global Certification Services, a leading accredited certification body for several GFSI benchmarked schemes." He added that, "The addition of the Randolph Companies and their dedicated professionals will allow us to continue our growth and diversify our services to address the industry's most pressing food safety and quality management needs."
