“In the ever-changing food ingredients industry, nutritional ingredient suppliers and supplement manufacturers need access to timely, accurate information about our industry, nutrition, and available products,” stated Joe Andrus, director of Scoular’s Food Ingredients Group. “This new website allows us to provide those things, as well as interact with our customers through new online channels.”
Recognizing the need to provide more information and a more robust search feature than what was previously found on dedicated pages of Scoular’s corporate website, the company launched the industry-specific site to better serve the needs of its food ingredient customers. “We designed this site with the customer in mind – easy navigation was key, as was providing more detailed information, implementing an interactive search function, and ensuring quick ways to connect with our knowledgeable team, either by email or the request feature that allows site visitors to ask questions or obtain a sample,” added Mr. Andrus.
