Robinson Pharma Inc. (RPI), Costa Mesa, CA, has acquired of the assets of Valencia, CA-based Creations Garden Natural Products (CGNP), a cGMP-compliant and OTC-licensed manufacturer of dietary supplements and cosmetics.
The company’s diversified production capabilities, specifically its robust infrastructure for manufacturing liquids, powders, cosmetic products and teas complements RPI’s current capabilities, the company said.
RPI has long been a leader in softgel manufacturing with strong additional competence in tablets, hard shell capsules and packaging. The acquisition will allow clients to take advantage of a dramatic increase in production capabilities and product offerings.
