Alkemist Labs has appointed Reena Gordon as its chief operating officer. In her new role, Gordon will position Alkemist Labs for new levels of expansion, modernizing and restructuring operations to enable significant growth and future planning.
Gordon is a graduate of Harvard University and the Wharton School of Business, and has a unique skill set in scaling businesses. She has led operations for several purpose-driven startups, and pioneered new paradigms for natural products, manufacturing, and corporate ethics.
As a senior consultant, Gordon supported over 40 public and private companies to scale regionally and internationally. Reena has lived and worked across Asia-Pacific, and co-authored the book “Going Global” for Latin American firms.
