Orgenetics, which reports that it was the first brand of plant-based vitamins and minerals to achieve USDA Organic certification for its products in 2007, is now EU Organic certified through its Dutch subsidiary.
The milestone enables European customers to purchase Orgen brand cerfitied organic vitamins and minerals locally within the EU and EEA markets.
Orgenetics’ certified organic warehousing is located in the Netherlands, to provide all EU member states with local, affordable, and fast access to the company’s ingredients.
“This milestone achievement of EU Organic Certification for our Dutch subsidiary shows our enduring commitment to our European customers and partners,” said Dolly Maheshvari, global CEO of Orgenetics.
Orgenetics works with farms directly, and its vertically-integrated supply chains allow for transparency and control from seed to distribution. Orgenetics has scaled its ingredients sustainably to other markets including the U.S., India, New Zealand, Australia, and Tanzania.
