BIOHM Health, a company specializing in microbiome research, ingredients, and products, has appointed Kristin Wilhoyte as its vice president of B2B marketing. Wilhoyte will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company’s business-to-business platform of microbiome technologies, which include ingredients, gut health test kits, and supplement formulations.
Wilhoyte has a proven track record in the development and marketing of microbiome health products, including probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, and enzymes, BIOHM said, and her leadership will be crucial as the company positions itself as a supplier of microbiome products.
Wilhoyte has more than 12 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry. Prior to joining the company, she was the director of marketing at Deerland Probiotics and Enzymes, where she drove the brand’s growth and success. She worked in ADM’s health and wellness division after ADM acquired Deerland in 2021.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kristin to the BIOHM team,” said Sam Schatz, CEO of BIOHM Health. “Her deep understanding of microbiome-supporting ingredients, combined with her proven experience in the nutraceutical industry, makes her a great fit to support our growth strategies. Kristin’s expertise will be instrumental in bringing BIOHM’s innovative microbiome health solutions to brands across the dietary supplement industry.”
“BIOHM’s foundation in robust science and culture of innovation make it an exciting place to be, and I’m delighted to be part of its promising future,” said Wilhoyte.
