Aspire Pharmaceuticals, a New Jersey-based contract developer and manufacturer of encapsulation technologies for dietary supplements and over-the-counter products, has hired Nelson Fretwell to the position of vice president of sales, bulk and finished goods.
Fretwell most recently was VP of global sourcing for GNC holdings, where he was responsible for sourcing and onboarding new manufacturing partners for solid dose, ready-to-rink, gummy, and powder products.
Prior to his role at GNC, he was an account manager with Watson/Glanbia Nutritionals, where he oversaw several key accounts in the dietary supplements industry.
Fretwell has 25 years of experience in the dietary supplements and over-the-counter industries, and has specialized in sports nutrition.
