INS Nutra has announced a new venture -- custom manufacturing of gummy supplements for smaller, boutique brands and for brands that are seeking quicker, more attentive service.
INS Nutra has opened a 45,000-square-foot facility located in Mount Vernon, Missouri with capabilities of manufacturing, bottling, and pouching approximately one million gummies and 50,000 bottles per day.
“We felt that smaller customers were underserved by the current gummy manufacturers, and wanted to provide responsive, reliable manufacturing options with manageable R&D fees, prompt sample creation, quick to market lead times and reasonable minimum orders,” Devon Bennett, CEO of INS Nutra, said. “We occupy a state-of-the-art facility that is built to scale our customers’ business from small opening orders to filling their warehouse with products ready to sell.”
INS Nutra’s new gummy facility is NSF-certified and is slated to be certified organic, non-GMO and GF by the beginning of the fourth quarter, Bennett said.
“We continue to see growth in brands seeking to innovate with gummy formulas, which aligns with the growth shown by recent market research,” Bennett said. “Therefore, with our new gummy manufacturing facility, we provide a collaborative development process that addresses brands’ concerns for quality, consistency, efficacy and taste.”
