Amin Talati Wasserman, a law firm which specializes in representing companies in the food, beverage, and dietary supplement spaces, among others, recently announced that George Spatz has joined the firm as a partner, and will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Spatz has experience in law and in trials in technology, supply chain, advertising, intellectual property, and government disputes, and began his career at a technology law boutique before joining a top international firm for 15 years, the company said.
