Diversified Communications, organizer of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium, has postponed the event until May 2-4, 2021 at the New York Hilton in Midtown, NY, due to the continued and long-term magnitude of the public health and safety issues caused by COVID-19.
In the last five months, the healthcare industry and community have been experiencing some of the most tumultuous, emotionally, and economically challenging times.
The new dates were chosen in consideration of the situation with COVID-19, the venue availability, as well as feedback from customers and practitioners. The May 2021 edition of the Symposium will follow a new date pattern, with the exhibit hall and conference program opening on Sunday, May 2 and ending Tuesday, May 4. The Pre-Conference day is scheduled for Saturday, May 1.
“We are dedicated to providing the community with a reliable and beneficial in-person conference, where healthcare professionals will re-engage with peers and find inspiration for the future of integrative healthcare,” said Liz Plizga, group vice president, Diversified Communications.
“The health and safety of our customers, community and employees is a top priority,” added Plizga. The Integrative Healthcare Symposium team said it is committed to adhering to state, city, and venue guidelines and will consider additional precautions as needed, and as conditions change. Updates on health and safety information will be added on the event’s website as they become available. “We thank everyone in the industry, our vendors and partners for their continued support while we navigate this unprecedented time.”
