The drug chain has begun carrying the Wholesome Goodness line of affordable, all-natural that includes 25 hot and cold cereals, trail mixes, Omega and veggie tortilla chips, pasta and barbecue sauces, juices and more. Rite Aid is the first drugstore retailer to carry the Wholesome Goodness line.
All Wholesome Goodness foods are made with a nutrition-minded approach, with an emphasis on natural ingredients such as whole grains, fiber and beneficial antioxidants, while minimizing or eliminating sugar, sodium and fat. Each product is priced affordably to make healthy eating accessible to all families. Prices for Wholesome Goodness are said to fall below comparable mainstream brands and are significantly lower than other all-natural or organic product lines.
