The Iranex Group, Rouen, France, consisting of Colloides Naturels International (CNI), Starlight Products, Nutriprocess and Afritec, has acquired Bio Serae Laboratories, Bram, France—a manufacturer and supplier with annual turnover of about € 7 million.
Offering Iranex new development and diversification, the move strengthens the group’s global standing as a lead supplier. Bio Serae markets a range of active ingredients through brands such as NeOpuntia, Cacti-Nea, VinOserae and VinOseed. The Iranex Group operates in over 72 countries and enjoys annual growth of about 7-9%.
The move may also present opportunities for synergies between product ranges and client portfolios for Bio Serae and CNI, which markets the brands Fibregum, Eficacia, and its latest product family Equacia.
